1.Make your own decisions
Our content does not consider your financial circumstances or instruct you to enter, continue or close a trade. You are not required to follow an alert or a model output. Assess suitability independently and seek qualified advice where appropriate.
Pratik Algo does not promise compensation merely because a trade loses money or a forecast is incorrect. This does not remove liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2.Capital, leverage and execution risk
Forex, gold, silver, CFDs and other financial products can be volatile. Leveraged positions can lose money quickly and, depending on the product and applicable protections, losses may exceed deposited funds.
Stop-loss orders do not guarantee execution at the requested price. Gaps, liquidity, spreads, commissions, financing charges, slippage and broker execution conditions can materially change outcomes.
3.No guaranteed performance
Past trades, backtests, demonstrations, simulated results and model statistics do not guarantee future results. Simulations may omit realistic costs or execution constraints, benefit from overfitting and behave differently in changing market conditions.
No profit, win rate, capital protection or recovery of losses is promised. Development-stage features and research findings are not proof that a strategy is suitable for live trading.
4.Software, data and notification risk
EAs, connectors and other automation can behave unexpectedly because of configuration mistakes, account or symbol differences, software faults, internet outages, stale data, broker changes or unavailable services. Orders may be duplicated, missed or executed differently from a displayed model.
Only enable connections and trading permissions you understand. Test in a suitable demo environment and monitor automation. News, calendar values and forecasts can be revised, and notifications can arrive late or not at all.
5.Country restrictions and your legal responsibilities
Access to Pratik Algo does not establish that a financial product, broker, trading activity or payment method is lawful or available to you.
Restrictions depend on your residence, location, regulatory status, the instrument involved, the platform used and the method of funding. A USD-denominated symbol or an overseas broker licence does not, by itself, establish local authorisation.
Before connecting an account, enabling automated trading, following a broker referral or transferring funds, you must verify that the proposed activity is permitted under the laws applicable to you. Where necessary, obtain advice from a qualified local professional or confirmation from the relevant regulator or authorised financial institution.
If an activity is prohibited, or you cannot establish your eligibility, you must not use our tools or links to undertake that activity. Educational content is not permission to trade or bypass restrictions.
Country-specific restrictions
Significant restrictions may apply in jurisdictions including India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, mainland China and Belgium. The restrictions differ: they may concern unauthorised platforms, leveraged products, overseas funding, marketing or distribution. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive. A country’s absence from the list does not mean that every product or service is permitted there.
Indian residents must comply with FEMA and applicable RBI requirements concerning authorised persons, permitted transactions, approved trading venues and overseas remittances. An offshore platform accepting your registration does not establish permission under Indian law. This is not a statement that every USD pair or every form of currency trading is prohibited.
Responsibility for your own conduct
You are responsible for your own trading decisions, eligibility checks, funding arrangements, tax reporting and compliance with obligations imposed on you by law.
If your conduct violates applicable law, you may be personally accountable to the relevant government, regulator or other competent authority. Using Pratik Algo does not transfer your legal obligations or penalties to us.
Pratik Algo does not authorise prohibited transactions or encourage users to conceal their location, misrepresent eligibility or bypass restrictions. This clause does not remove Pratik Algo’s own legal responsibilities, excuse unlawful promotion or services, or exclude liability and user rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6.Regulatory references
Examples reviewed on 21 October 2026 identify the relevant authorities and notices; they are not a complete legal assessment. Verify the latest rules and their application to your situation directly with the relevant authority.
- India: RBI forex-transactions FAQs explain authorised persons and venues and restrictions on overseas margin remittances. Permitted exchange products are a different category from offshore leveraged platforms.
- Pakistan: SBP’s 2022 circular on offshore forex, margin and CFD platforms addresses prohibited remittances to those platforms.
- Sri Lanka: CBSL’s notice on unauthorised forex trading explains restrictions and the authorised-dealer exception.
- Mainland China: SAFE’s warning on forex margin trading discusses unauthorised retail platforms.
- Belgium: FSMA’s distribution restrictions cover specified leveraged OTC products offered through electronic platforms to consumers. This is a distribution rule, not a blanket statement that all currency trading by a consumer is illegal.
7.Referrals, brokers and funds
We may receive referral or introducing-broker commissions, including commissions related to trading activity. Consider this financial interest when reviewing a broker guide. Independently check local authorisation, costs, withdrawal arrangements and suitability.
Pratik Algo does not hold customer trading funds, execute trades as your broker or guarantee a broker’s execution, solvency or withdrawals. A software purchase is not an investment deposit.
8.Your legal rights remain
You bear the financial risk of your independent trading decisions. Nothing in this disclosure excludes fraud, wilful misconduct, non-excludable negligence or statutory responsibilities, or removes mandatory consumer and privacy rights. Read the User Agreement’s liability provisions alongside this disclosure.
