User Agreement

You must be at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter this agreement. Use our services only where permitted under the laws applying to you, including financial, foreign-exchange, tax, payment and data-protection requirements.

Availability of the website does not establish eligibility to trade or use a particular product. Do not misrepresent your location or status, bypass restrictions or use our tools to undertake prohibited transactions. The country restrictions and legal responsibilities in our Risk Disclosure form part of this agreement.

Research, charts, alerts, model outputs, forecasts and software provide general educational information. They do not take account of your financial circumstances and are not personalised investment, legal or tax advice or instructions to enter, continue or close a trade.

Assess information independently and obtain qualified professional advice when needed. Registration, a software licence, an alert or a support conversation does not create an investment-advisory, brokerage or investment-management relationship.

Trading can cause substantial financial loss. With leverage, losses may exceed deposited funds depending on the product and applicable protections. Price gaps, spreads, slippage, settings, broker conditions and technical failures can affect results.

You control whether to connect an account, enable automation and place trades. Test software in an appropriate demo environment and monitor its use. No profit, win rate, capital protection or recovery of losses is guaranteed. Read the full Risk Disclosure.

Provide accurate account information, protect passwords, verification codes and licence credentials, and do not impersonate another person. Promptly report suspected unauthorised access to support@pratikalgo.com.

Responsibility for unauthorised activity depends on the circumstances and applicable law; it is not automatically transferred entirely to you. We may request proportionate verification to protect accounts and process support or privacy requests.

A licence permits use under its stated duration, account limits and product terms; it does not transfer ownership of software or intellectual property. Do not resell, redistribute, share restricted access or circumvent licence controls except where applicable law permits it.

Research, preview and experimental features may change or be discontinued. Their availability does not guarantee a launch date, permanent access or performance. Changes do not remove rights already acquired under a paid purchase or mandatory law.

Where products are offered, review their description, price, licence period, supported accounts and purchase terms before payment. Activation may depend on payment verification. Software payments are not trading deposits or funds managed for investment.

Contact support about duplicate charges, non-delivery, defective products or a product that differs from its description. Refunds and remedies depend on the purchase terms and applicable law. A trading loss alone does not establish entitlement to a refund, but this does not remove valid claims concerning defects, misleading descriptions or mandatory consumer protections. Purchases through a marketplace may also be governed by that marketplace’s terms.

We may receive broker referral or introducing-broker commissions, including amounts related to trading activity. This is a financial conflict of interest. A broker guide, link or promotion does not establish regulatory authorisation, financial soundness or suitability.

Independently check a provider’s local authorisation, product terms, costs and withdrawal arrangements. We do not operate third-party brokers, payment providers, calendars or social platforms. This does not exclude responsibility for our own conduct where the law imposes it.

Do not abuse the service, introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, infringe intellectual property or use the platform for unlawful or deceptive activity.

We may restrict access for security, legal requirements or a material breach, with an explanation where appropriate and lawful. Any restriction remains subject to applicable law and existing paid-customer rights.

Data, research, calendars, notifications and connections may be delayed, incomplete, revised or unavailable. Verify material information with an appropriate source before relying on it. An alert is not guaranteed to arrive before a market move.

We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free software or suitability for every purpose. This is subject to any legally required standards of care, quality and service.

You bear the financial risk of your independent trading decisions. To the extent permitted by law, Pratik Algo is not liable for trading losses, lost opportunities or indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on general information or your voluntary use of tools.

This agreement does not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, negligence that cannot lawfully be excluded, or a breach of non-excludable statutory duties. It does not waive mandatory consumer, privacy or other rights, or excuse unlawful promotion or services.

Updates will show an effective date. We will provide notice of material changes and request renewed acceptance where required. Updates do not retrospectively remove accrued rights.

This agreement is governed by Indian law, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules applicable elsewhere. It does not prevent you from approaching a competent court, consumer forum, regulator or other authority, or exercising rights available under mandatory law.
